Reiner was incredibly friendly and responsive to my request for an appointment when I lost my heat. They were there within a few hours, and the two technicians thoroughly inspected the system and did what they could to get it running properly. They were honest and upfront with their pricing, and were very communicative via text about appointment and arrival times. I definitely recommend them, and will trust them with my HVAC needs!Update:Our old furnace ended up needing to be replaced, and we decided since our central a/c was also past its life expectancy, to replace the compressor outside as well. After we did our research and decided to go with Reiner, Peter Ten K. Came out to give us an estimate. He was so professional and communicative throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the different systems and helped us pick out what would suit our needs best. He put our minds at ease about the replacement process, and the quote from Reiner was very competitive. Within a few days they were ready to do the installation. I really can’t say enough about this company. So very professional! Ivan S. came out to measure everything, So that any duct work needed would be fabricated.Anthony G., & Justin R., & Rubin came this morning exactly on time and began the installation process. By mid afternoon they were done with the entire job. Throughout the process, they were communicative, professional and just so darn pleasant! I felt at ease during a process that can be very stressful. Every question was answered and they did a beautiful job. They left everything probably neater than they found it, and took away our old system. Thank you so much guys!All in all, weather, you need a repair or replacement, I can’t say enough about the Reiner group. Even calling and talking to Linda on the phone was a pleasure. I can’t believe a little over a week ago, we were struggling with a failing furnace with temps . hitting single digits, and now here we are with a brand new system so quickly and painlessly. Now I know why Reiner has been in business for more than 90 years – With people like Peter, Ivan Anthony, Justin, & Linda (and also the two service techs who initially got our furnace to keep going until it was replaced) – they just do such an excellent job. I will Definitely use them and recommend them for anything HVAC!!! Thank you!!!!

Great staff and always a good experience with Reiner Air. Pricing is fair and the staff are both professional & friendlyChristian S. Came and did a top rate service he was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. He made our outside units gleam & operate like new and now our ac is ready for the hottest days in the coming summer monthsThanks Christian for such a great service. Hopefully we will see you next year to keep our ac humming like new.

He was very friendly, attentive to the system, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciated how meticulous and careful he was throughout the entire process—his attention to detail really stood out.
