"Beautifully creative flavors and fresh takes on familiar foods. Really enjoyed the surprises we experienced with the food pairings. Portions are designed to share. Heirloom Tomato dish was my fave! Bright, airy dining room with relatively friendly staff. Very homogenous clientele/staff that were not the most welcoming but that didn’t deter from our experience too much. Reservations required as it is a popular location. Paid garage parking nearby with elevator access."

"Long on my to-go-list, we finally did it and found it a magnificent experience. The modern interior is very stylish, cool and comfi, even though the chairs are less comfi. The staff was a bit anonymous and lacked the personal touch and attentiveness. But forget about the latter two issues: The food was perfect!!!! I/we really enjoyed the sophisticated combination of flavors and presentation in every single item we chose: naan and dips, liver mousse, beet salad, chili Sichuan basted bass, tadka crunch chicken, carrots, and Hamachi poke. Even the mocktail (sun rise spritz) was a wonderful starter. Definitely remains on the fav list. (Originally posted by me on Yelp)"

"Came here based on a recommendation and was so lucky to be able to get reservations. I had reservations about testing goat for the first time and I’m happy to report that it was beyond delicious. If you can only get one thing, you absolutely must try the Goat Liver Mousse. The goat curry and the sticky glazed pork shank were good too. We were far too full for dessert but I can almost guarantee they’d be amazing too. We were so delighted to get such good food on our visit to LA. If I could give this spot more stars, I would! Highly, highly recommend."

"I brought my hubby here for his birthday. It was a very good experience. The food was solid. Drinks were also solid. There wasn't anything that really blew us away. When we asked if one dish was spicy, the waiter said no, but to us it was. It took a long time for the waiter to get to us and we only saw him twice. Not sure if that was because we were seated at the "counter" or community table. It was very busy which we were surprised about for a Sunday evening. Highly recommend reservations as I saw a couple of walk-ins leave due to lack of seating available. We appreciated the assistant manager or perhaps bar manager step in to serve us our drinks and take additional drink orders. The ambience was great. Lots of plants everywhere; earthy vibe. Although the dress code is smart casual, I saw most folks were pretty casual. It was packed on a Sunday at 6:30. We came here because it's the same owner of Cabra, which we loved. Not the same but still a very good selection of food and drinks that are well executed."

"Girl & the Goat is not only a cute spot but also serves incredibly delicious and creative dishes. The naan with dips is a fantastic starter, and if you’re an oyster fan, don’t miss the grilled oysters — the smoky flavor is truly unique. The only dish that fell a bit short for me was the grilled corn, which is served on the cob and can be a bit tricky to eat; I would have preferred it sliced before being brought to the table. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful dining experience with great service!"
