"They offered us champagne while we waited for our table, which was a lovely touch. The food was excellent--truly the best fusion cuisine I've had in the Bay Area. There was a small mix-up with our steak order, but they quickly prepared a new one, and the managers came over to apologize and treated us to delicious appetizer. The service was outstanding! The birthday cake was both adorable and delicious. We'll definitely be coming back. A big shoutout to our server, Brittney, who made sure everything went smoothly and even helped us take some amazing photos. Not only was the food fantastic, but the service made the experience even more memorable. Many staffs went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was romantic, cozy, and just added to the whole vibe. A truly great time all around! Fantastic evening~ I couldn’t be happier about spending my birthday at this place. Joey Valley Fair brings me so much joy."

"I recently hosted a banquet in the private room at Joey’s in Santa Clara with my pharma rep, and I have to say—this was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Joey’s. Brittany was amazing! She was attentive, professional, and really on top of everything from start to finish. I’ve been holding off on writing a review since I know this location was still in its soft opening, but now that they’ve had time to settle in, I can confidently say they got it right—and Brittany was a big part of that. The food was great, the timing was perfect, and the overall experience was seamless. If you’re booking the banquet space or just stopping in for a meal, I highly recommend asking for Brittany. She truly made the experience exceptional!"

"One of my favorite restaurants! Great variety of dishes with amazing Asian‑inspired flavors. Loved the shrimp mango salad and the Bang Bang Chicken—both packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Excellent service, lively atmosphere, and delicious food every time. Highly recommend"

"Honey let me tell you about this Canadian import thats serving LOOKS and FLAVOR in San Jose! Joey Valley Fair just opened and im absolutely gagged by the whole experience First off they greeted us with complimentary tea and bubbly while we waited. Already winning my heart! When we asked to switch from a high top to a booth the staff made it happen without any drama which we love to see The menu is EXTENSIVE darling and can we talk about how they actually have mocktails and low alcohol options?? Finally a place that understands not everyone needs to be plastered to have a good time Everything we ordered was absolutely divine - the bang bang chicken had me shook, those gyoza were little pillows of perfection, and dont even get me started on that katsu salad with fresh mint (genius move honestly). The truffle udon carbonara was rich enough to make me emotional Yes the service was a bit slow but honey this place is PACKED and our server was still an angel. Plus the entire staff looks like they were handpicked from Love Island. Apparently theyre here temporarily from other Joey locations to help with the launch which explains why theyre all so stunning and professional The interior is gorgeous and the whole vibe just hits different. Sure the timing could be tighter but with the free drinks, beautiful space, and incredible food I can forgive a lot. Once they get their groove this place is going to be unstoppable"

"This restaurant offers a beautiful fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine, with elegantly presented entrées that taste just as amazing as they look. Our server, Ashley K., was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and recommending popular dishes. We had a fantastic evening and enjoyed every bite there wasn’t a single thing left on our plates! My sister especially appreciated Ashley’s service and even left her an extra tip. We’ll definitely be coming back soon."
