"One of the best restaurant I have ever tried. We were 2 walk-in and they were very gentle in finding a table for us waiting a bit inside in the meantime. We took two tuna poke, the halibut and the cod and two dessert, the matcha lemon tart and the Hawaii with orange sorbet. I loved that every plate was explained when it was arriving. The mixture of flavors in every dish was incredible and is it clear there is a lot of study behind. The process may be a bit high but the quality of the food is excellent. The only thing that I would suggest to add is that it would be very nice to bring some bread or similar together with water when seated. It was really the only thing missing!"

"First time I dined here was about 2 years ago and went back again last night. We had a total of 4 people and the amount we ordered was more than enough. I thought every dish we ordered was beautifully plated and cooked to perfection (standouts: snap pea salad, swordfish katsu, local ling cod, chips & dip). The service and vibe were great too!"

"We absolutely loved our dinner at Liholiho Yacht Club — everything from the vibe to the flavors was on point. We started with a couple of appetizers that set the tone right away: bold, fresh, and packed with unique flavor combinations. The pork ribs were a total standout — perfectly tender with just the right balance of sweet and savory, and the fried rice that came with them was rich, flavorful, and satisfying on its own. But the real star of the night was dessert — the Baked Hawaii. Not only was it beautifully presented, but it was also hands down one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. A creative twist on a classic, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt fun, vibrant, and effortlessly cool. We’ll absolutely be coming back next time we’re in SF! Highly recommend this spot — a true gem."

"One of the best meals of my life! Raul, my husband, and I went on a date night. We ordered the Tasting Menu and when our server asked if we had any dietary restrictions, I forgot that Raul was allergic to some fish. Great wife, I am. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When we got around to telling the server, Sam, the manager, patiently reassured us that he would adjust the mainly fish based tasting menu. Such thoughtful and kind service! For a four course menu, Raul and I were amazed at how swiftly the chefs curated a beautiful set of small plates, appetizers, mains and dessert for us. For each course my favorites were Small plates - pâté mousse Appetizers - shrimp with tocino rice Main - wagyu was AMAZING! Dessert - Baked Hawaiian was hands down the best dessert I’ve had in a long time! The last thing I will say is it only was the food brilliant but Sam, the manager who took care of us, was accommodating, friendly, and intentional. It made our meal, our night so memorable. The service was impeccable!"

We opted for the chef’s menu, a fixed-price experience that included four appetizers, four entrées, and three desserts. Each dish was more delicious than the last, showcasing impeccable flavors, creativity, and top-notch ingredients. The balance of textures and tastes made every bite unforgettable. Beyond the exceptional food, the service was perfect—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for an extraordinary culinary experience in San Francisco.
