"Proven concept applied to Mediterranean food. Good choice of sauces and hummus, will have to try a few times to get the a personalized bowl. Reason for low stars is 2 reasons. The line workers were cold emotionally, gave off the feeling of they didn’t want to be there. So it came off kind of rude. And secondly, there was a small roach crawling on the wall behind the service line and I told the cashier but she didn’t care. "Very casual cafe, where you build your own grain or salad bowl. There are some set bowls on the menu. Or, helpful, pleasant staff behind the counter will help build your own bowl. To start, there were 4 types of greens and 4 types of grains to choose from. Next, select from some tasty sauces (I chose tzaziki). Can then add some tasty veggies, such as roasted red bell peppers, roasted, diced sweet potatoes, diced beets, or roasted cauliflower. Finally, choose a protein (veg or non-veg). When filled, the bowl is a large amount of food so I had leftovers. Each item I had was delicious. Highly recommend Mayd."- Marie C
