"Wow, wow, wow. This is some delicious, fresh Italian. I have had the opportunity to eat here on two different occasions while visiting San Francisco. The first time was with my family and the second with employees. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating and yes, he’s an authentic Italian. "Oh wow. Definitely, the best carbonara in the city. Everything in it: spaghetti, guanciale, pecorino romana, everything is of the highest quality, expertly cooked. Al dente, guanciale is crispy and juicy, served very hot. Margherita pizza is also very good. The arugula salad was the freshest. The salmon was also delicious; with garlic that did not overpower it. After all that, Giuseppe, the owner, gave us tiramisu on the house. It was soft as a cloud, not very sweet: delicioso. I will be back for bucatini ala amatriciana.
