What Diners Are Saying
"Phenomenal taste, well-balanced flavors, and fresh locally-sourced ingredients with excellent service. In particular we loved the carrots, korean fried duck, mushroom pasta, milk buns, duck, sole, and steak. Easily one of my favorite meals in the bay area and dining experiences this year."- Byron Zhang
"It's an authentic farm to table fine dining restaurant with freshly cooked fusion cuisines. They have daily menu with reservation required. Reservation requires deposits. Service is quick and responsive. Flat entry for accessibility and wider tables could be accommodated upon retest. Every dish has a story of ingredients and process. Limited but high quality items with all options available. Food is delicious and freshly prepared to order. Ambient is worst and romantic, great for date night, couples and occasions."- Max Kay
"The food and service were excellent albeit the portions are small. Definitely worth going back to to try the other dishes. We had a great time."- AJM
"Lovely experience! I went by myself to enjoy a delicious meal and was not disappointed. Staff were very friendly, informative, and attentive and made me feel very welcome. Crispy duck leg starter was crispy skin on the exterior velvety meat on the inside. Nice sweet and a little spicy coating. A little too sweet for me. It almost felt like an entrée eating it by myself. Would have been perfect to share. Got the short rib which came with lettuce and a very spicy mustard on the side to make little lettuce wraps. Meat seemed a little dry, but tender, and the fat portion cooked perfectly so that it melted in the mouth. This also would have been perfect to share. Seems like most of their plates are oriented that way, small sharing plates. Next time I'll bring more people with me so I can sample more of this thoughtfully and expertly prepared food. Atmosphere feels elegant but comfortable and warm. Loved every bit!"- Holly Collins
"The menu takes farm to table seriously. The menu is thoughtfully inclusive of a variety of fresh produce and proteins from local farmers. That much isn’t lost on me. But, I found the food to be only OK, even a bit underseasoned overall. As somewhat of a homesteader, I can appreciate eating local produce, but I was left underwhelmed with the meal at the price point. We came for a birthday and ordered each entree and the bread, pasta, quail from the starters and each had it’s highlights, but again each fell short of a well rounded dish. As far as the service is concerned, it was mediocre. The staff was eager to take the order, but disappeared after the plates were served. We had to look for people when we needed more water, and not a single person checked to make sure the meal was to our liking. For a restaurant at this price point and caliber, I suppose I expected more. I think it’s worth a try, but perhaps not a regular occurrence."- George Dy
