"Not just dinner. Its a Dining experience. Very unique format. One group is brought in for a fixed menu and stay all night. At a table or counter, experience the chefs preparation. Food is amazing. Top tier prep and ingredients. Best dining experience I've had in my life. It is very classy, but the chef makes it fun also and brings a very positive energy to he room. The service staff were on point. The ratio of staff to patron was plentiful. Yes it is pricey, but it's worth it. In addition, you will not leave hungry. Plenty of appetizers and you can revisit them. You can also ask for additional courses. "And interesting experience. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. Unfortunately, one of the chefs, in plain view, blew his nose twice and did not wash his hands afterward. Then he proceeded to set hands on one of the cutting boards. I told the manager, and then he washed his hands. My boyfriend and I spent a total of 1400.00$ for the meal. That included the 400$ for reservations, food, two bottles of wine, taxes, and gratuity. At that level, the lack of handwashing should not be happening. All dinner guests arrive at 630. The food was interesting. It is all preplanned. I like how the appetizers were at the time to stand up and mingle. They are spread throughout the restaurant. All seating is preplanned.
